The project will involve advanced in vitro co-culture systems, cell signaling analyses, and state-of-the-art cellular and molecular techniques to uncover how tumorimmune communication shapes tumor biology and therapy response.
Primary Duties & Responsibilities:
- plan, perform, and analyze experiments on pLGGimmune cell interactions using primary and model cell systems
- apply complex cell culture techniques, including co-culture and 3D models
- use molecular and biochemical methods (e.g., flow cytometry, Western blotting, qPCR, immunostaining) to study cell signaling and communication pathways
- analyze, interpret, and present experimental data
- collaborate closely with team members, contribute to publications, and present results at scientific meetings
Required Skills & Qualifications:
